Did you know IRA distributions for charitable giving are TAX-FREE?
Qualified charitable distributions allow you to reduce taxable income, achieve charitable giving goals, and - if necessary - satisfy your required minimum distribution - all in one transaction.
Did you know you can donate stocks or bonds for a tax donation?
You can donate stocks to Bishop McNamara and receive a taxable donation. Outright gifts of appreciated stocks or bonds allow you to save taxes twice through charitable deductions and avoid capital gain tax. You may designate your donation to a certain fund or the annual fund at BMHS.
Donate your house, real estate, and art to BMHS.
BMHS will accept homes, real estate, and art with proper documentation for a tax donation and under BMHS gift guidelines.
