Bishop McNamara High School is so fortunate each year to offer a number of scholarships to deserving students that are endowed or supported by a host of generous benefactors. The Couplin/Carmichael Scholarship, established by Bishop McNamara alumni Jerome Couplin III '09 and Darrian Carmichael '09, is one such endowed scholarship.
The Couplin/Carmichael Scholarship is awarded annually to a Bishop McNamara student who participates in football, basketball or track & field. Both Jerome and Darrian were so impacted and completely grateful for the support they received while at Bishop McNamara, that they wanted to endow a scholarship which would have a lasting impact on future generations of Mustangs.
Families interested in applying for the Couplin/Carmichael Scholarship need to complete the FACTS Financial Aid Application, and then complete the Scholarship Application which includes an essay. For more information, contact Mr. Robert Nolte, Director of Business at Robert.Nolte@bmhs.org.
Thank you Jerome and Darrian for making a difference!
