On Friday, May 10th, Mr. M. ChrisTopher Williams celebrated his last day of class with his seniors in Global Studies along with many members of the Bishop McNamara administration and faculty as he retires after forty years of teaching, thirty-six of them here at Bishop McNamara High School.

Craig Glover-Hines '09 has been recognized by Bishop McNamara High School not only for his services as a member of our faculty, but also for his commitment to faith and the moral character he exudes, serving as a source of inspiration to his students, colleagues and friends alike.

On October 27th, BMHS faculty and staff met former BMHS student and New York Times bestselling author Jason Reynolds '00 at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts for the opening night performance of his work Long Way Down.  
On the student-run morning announcements for October 5th, Jalyn Lagman '19 spotlighted Bishop McNamara President/CEO Dr. Marco Clark '85.
Thank you to those who helped raise $23,400.00 and helped us to excede our donor goal with 64 total donors; gifts were received from as far as California were made by current board members, employees, current students and parents, and a host of generous Bishop McNamara and La Reine alumni.

Jason Reynolds delivers the commencement address for the Class of 2018 at Lesley University recalling the single most important day in his academic experience at BMHS.
Darius Baxter '11 is hitting the ground running with our Mustang Challenge! He has pledged $20,000 in support of the Middleton Scholars Program here at Bishop McNamara High School.
Terrific year for the Bishop McNamara High School Softball Varsity Team as they end the year with third place in the super competitive WCAC League and multiple All-League awards!
BMHS/LRHS Alumni Association President, Marlo Ford LR '87, is amazed at what our future alumni are doing. Alumni Mentoring helps her stay connected to the students and allows her to continue the traditions of both schools.
