New parents will receive an email during the summer with all instructions for logging into MACCESS Parent Portal.

Go to our website and on any page, select the "M" in the upper right corner.
For BMHS Parents and Students
Effective and timely communication with our families is dependent upon the accuracy of the contact information in our database. Please check and update your mailing address, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and emergency contact information on a regular basis.
Changes such as new phone numbers, email addresses, adding an emergency contact and other information must be made by the parent or guardian directly in Maccess under "Update Household Info". All changes are reviewed by a staff member prior to becoming a permanent part of our database.
Faculty cannot make changes to your personal information. This must be done by the parent or guardian in Maccess. If you have any questions, contact Support@bmhs.org or contact the Registrar in the Counseling Office.
We look forward to seeing you at our Parents' Club general meetings. You will receive important information about BMHS and updates from our school administrators and Executive Board. Attending meetings is a great way to provide your input, stay informed and to meet other parents, too. Meetings are held monthly at in the Mona Student Center. A free dinner is provided at 6:30 pm with the meeting starting promptly at 7:00 pm.

The function of the Parent Volunteer Program is two-fold. The primary purpose of the service hour program is to lower costs by staffing school sponsored events with volunteers. The second is to encourage the involvement of parents in their child's education both inside and outside the classroom.
All families are required to donate 10 hours of service to the school at school sponsored events. All information regarding Parent Service Hours are available in the Parent MACCESS Portal under Parent Service Hours.
Parent Volunteer Program hours are separate from Student Service Hours. Please contact the Advancement office for any questions.

Parent Service Hours will be posted in the Parent MACCESS Portal from October each year until the end of the year. Search for your hours by using your student's ID number. The BMHS Parents' Club raises funds to support scholarships and educational programs at BMHS. The funds raised help maintain a quality education for our children. Consider joining a committee or helping with some of the fundraisers organized by the Advancement Office. Contact your club officers or Melissa.AntonioHuar@bmhs.org.
