Please fill out the following form to create your user account by clicking on the button below entitled “Create your MACCESS account.”  Once your account has been established, you will receive an email with instructions on logging in.  Please allow 2 business days for your account to be processed. 

Your MACCESS account will allow you to: 
     Submit an Application
     Upload Documents
     Request Recommendations
     Schedule Events
     Receive Newsletters

Please see below if you have NOT received an email with login instructions - DO NOT submit another form:

• Check your SPAM FOLDER to see if the email was delivered here instead of your inbox. 
  • If the email is not in your inbox or spam folder, email admissions@bmhs.org for your login credentials.

• If you are a parent of a CURRENT BMHS STUDENT, please fill out the form to create a MACCESS account for the prospective student.  Once your form is processed,
  • Log into your existing MACCESS account
  • In the top left corner of the screen, click on “Children”
  • Select the prospective student from the drop-down
