Mr. Vincent Harrington
Mr. Vincent D. Harrington serves as the Director of Admissions for Bishop McNamara High School. He is a proud alumnus and graduate from the class of 2009. Born and raised in Prince George’s County MD, Vincent has spent his adult life serving the community and strengthening our youth. Prior to his work at McNamara, Mr. Harrington worked as a Transfer Enrollment Specialist at Bowie State University. There he would visit and establish professional relationships with counselors and prospective students at various High Schools, Community Colleges, 4-year institutions, and community organizations both in-state and out-of-state for the purpose of increasing applications and enrollments. In collaboration with the Admissions team, he would develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment plan to meet enrollment goals, increase applicant conversion rate, and provide a positive experience at the University.
He also worked as the Community Developer Youth @ Work Outreach Coordinator for Prince George’s County. In this position he was responsible for maintaining the Youth@Work/SYEP website; prepare written and oral presentations; develop partnerships with nonprofits and quasi-governmental agencies; assists in coordinating placement sites; coordinate the activities of civic groups, churches, businesses, and other individuals or groups interested in fostering the growth and development of the County’s youth.
Vincent is earning his Master’s in Public Administration from Bowie State University having already received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Maryland, College Park. At the University of Maryland he was Co-Vice President of the College Success Scholars Program, Ambassador for College of Arts and Humanities, Representative for the School of Communications on the Dean's Board of Advisory, Member of Healthy Turtle Communications, Member of Black Student Union Cabinet, featured in the College of Arts and Humanities Brochure as a Future Leader and member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
The admissions department is committed to recruiting and enrolling students who are academically strong, talented, diverse, and passionate about putting knowledge in action. We conduct holistic reviews of applications because no single metric can provide a full picture of the individual achievements, personal qualities, academic preparedness, and unique experiences of a student.

Mr. Robert Nolte
"I am so excited to tackle the many challenges that my new position will afford me and to provide both current and prospective families with all the advice and insight they require with regards to the many opportunities Bishop McNamara provides for Financial Aid and Scholarships," says our new Director of Enrollment Management, Mr. Robert Nolte. Mr. Nolte previously taught College Preparatory Algebra I, Honors Geometry with Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and was the Director of Admissions. He was also the Bishop McNamara Boys Varsity Soccer Coach for 9 seasons between 2003 and 2012.
A veteran teacher of 27 years, the past 22 spent at Bishop McNamara, Mr. Nolte holds a B.S. in Secondary Mathematics Education from The Florida State University and is also a USSF Licensed Youth Soccer Coach.
When asked why he enjoys working at Bishop McNamara, Mr. Nolte responded, "I absolutely love the true family feel Bishop McNamara offers and I cherish the type of student that this school community typically attracts."
Ms. Deanna Warnock
Ms. Deanna Warnock serves as the Assistant Director of Admissions for Bishop McNamara High School. A native of central New Jersey, Ms. Warnock attended Loyola University Maryland and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance. She spent several years working as a Financial Analyst supporting Project Management teams. A few years ago, she tapped into her artistic side and made a career shift, working first as the Marketing Director of Archbishop Neale School in LaPlata, Maryland before joining Bishop McNamara, as well as opening her own creative studio focused on graphic design and promotional items. She is currently working towards her Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in Marketing.
As a parent of a BMHS Class of 2022 student, wife of an alumni, BMHS archery coach, and Assistant Director, Bishop McNamara is a big part of Ms. Warnock’s work-life balance. She offers a distinct opportunity of being in a multi-faceted role. “I am in a unique situation where I have the ability to influence how the admissions process works and improve it based on the knowledge I have from a parent’s perspective. I look forward to assisting our prospective families throughout this process.”
