Affording a Bishop McNamara Education

Bishop McNamara High School offers scholarship opportunities through the school as well as providing information for some excellent sources of high school funding.

These scholarships are available for new students entering Bishop McNamara for the first time as well as for returning students. Be sure to make note of deadlines, criteria and required application information.

The Archdiocese of Washington offers tuition assistance through TADS to Catholic or non-Catholic students applying to or currently enrolled in a Catholic high school in the Archdiocese of Washington.  Bishop McNamara offers financial aid assistance through FACTS for current students, incoming freshmen, and transfer students of Bishop McNamara High School.

Payment Plans: Three Options

TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS. Bishop McNamara High School uses FACTS to manage tuition and billing for families. All families are required to sign up with FACTS and pay tuition and fees directly to FACTS.  

Bishop McNamara High School offers the following payment plans:

Plan A- One Payment Plan: This plan offers a prepayment discount of $250 (if your net tuition obligation for the Student is more than 50% of the annual tuition). Tuition and fees are due in full on or before July 1, 2021. Payments must be made directly to FACTS by direct debit.

Plan B- Two Payment Plan: This plan offers a prepayment discount of $50.00 on each payment (if your net tuition obligation for the Student is more than 50% of the annual tuition). 50% of the total tuition and fees due on or before July 1, 2021, and 50% due on or before January 1, 2022. Payments must be made directly to FACTS by direct debit.

Plan C- Ten Payment Plan: Ten monthly installments of tuition, with the first payment due in July 2021, and the remaining payments due each month thereafter through April 2022. Payments are due once a month. Families choosing payment plan C may select a payment date of either the 5th or the 20th of the month. Payments must be made directly to FACTS by direct debit.

Flynn O'Hara Uniforms and the Carousel Uniform Shop carry most uniform items.

The Mustang Shop carries a few items for your convenience such as PE uniforms, socks, ties and cardigans.

Used Uniform sales are conducted throughout the year. Watch for announcements of days and times.

Special note about sCHOOL UNIFORMS for the fall

We have several options for parents to purchase uniforms for the fall. These companies have provided alternate safe options for ordering and delivery. Check out their websites for more details.

10 Parent Service Hours per family per academic year are required.

(If unable to fulfill this requirement, donation of $40 per service hour must be made to the school.).
