Please take a moment to check your contact information inside Maccess.  Some profiles are missing important phone numbers that we would need in an emergency, and it only takes you a minute to check.
To learn how, watch this video tutorial or follow the written directions below.

To check your contact information, sign into Maccess and follow these steps:

  1. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Check to see that your Phone, Address, and Email are correct. If they need to be changed, click the Edit button or Add button. If they are correct, move on to checking your student’s information.
To check student emergency contact information, sign into Maccess and follow these steps:
  1. Click on your student’s name in the upper left hand corner. (If you have more than one student at Bishop McNamara, you’ll see a "Children" tab where you can select each student individually.)
  2. Click the Contact Card tab, and check that their Address(es) are correct.
  3. Check that two Emergency Contacts are listed.
  4. If you have more than one student at the school, please check the Relationships box to see if ALL of them are listed as siblings. If they are not, please email to establish the relationship.
Finally, you please know that you have the ability to send and receive messages directly inside of Maccess. To make sure you don’t miss anything sent to you this way by a teacher or counselor, it would benefit you to review your notification settings:
  1. Click your name in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Notifications on the left.
  4. Select how you would like to receive notifications for Messages sent through Maccess. You can turn on E-mail or Text notifications if you prefer. (If you do not check either box, you will continue to see message notifications appear inside Maccess, in the upper right corner of the page.)
