MACCESS PORTAL FOR PARENTS

SPECIAL NOTICE:
Maccess Secure Login - In the next few weeks, Bishop McNamara High School will transition to a more secure form of logging into Maccess.  In the coming week, you will receive an email with instructions to help you complete this transition, which should take no more than five minutes. Until you receive that email, you can continue logging in with the username and password that you have been using.

Parents should use the MACCESS Portal for more information, forms, household updates, and more for Parents. We recommend that you log into the portal several times per week.

Maccess link on the website

To log in, go to MACCESS in the upper right corner of any page on the website.

You will be taken to the login page. If you remember your username and password, enter it on this page. If you do not remember your login credentials or if this is your first time logging in, click on Forgot login or First time logging in.

Once you are in the Maccess portal, please take a moment to check your contact information inside Maccess located in the upper right-hand corner of the page in the drop-down under your name. Select Profile.  Some profiles are missing important phone numbers that we would need in an emergency, and it only takes you a minute to check.

Also know that you have the ability to send and receive messages directly inside of Maccess. To make sure you don’t miss anything sent to you this way by a teacher or counselor, it would benefit you to review your notification settings:

  1. Click your name in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Notifications on the left.
  4. Select how you would like to receive notifications for Messages sent through Maccess. You can turn on E-mail or Text notifications if you prefer. (If you do not check either box, you will continue to see message notifications appear inside Maccess, in the upper right corner of the page.)

For technical support, the best place to start is to email MaccessHelp@bmhs.org
