MACCESS PORTAL FOR PARENTS
Parents should use the MACCESS Portal for more information, forms, household updates, and more for Parents. We recommend that you log into the portal several times per week.
To log in, go to MACCESS in the upper right corner of any page on the website.
Also know that you have the ability to send and receive messages directly inside of Maccess. To make sure you don’t miss anything sent to you this way by a teacher or counselor, it would benefit you to review your notification settings:
Click your name in the upper right hand corner.
Click Notifications on the left.
Select how you would like to receive notifications for Messages sent through Maccess. You can turn on E-mail or Text notifications if you prefer. (If you do not check either box, you will continue to see message notifications appear inside Maccess, in the upper right corner of the page.)

PARENTS' CLUB General MEETING SCHEDULE
General meetings of the BMHS Parents' Club are held in the Andy Mona Center most months, with a virtual option available. The evening begins with dinner, provided by our Hospitality Committee, at 6:30 p.m. followed by the meeting at 7 o'clock p.m. All of our families are invited; parents who attend will receive credit for one service hour per family for each meeting they attend. The 2021-2022 meeting schedule is as follows:
October 19 Chat and Chew with the BMHS Administration
January 19 Mental Health - cancelled
February 16 Topic to be determined
March 15 State of the School with Dr. John Barnhardt, President and CEO
May 11 Parent Appreciation Night, executive board elections

We are looking forward to hosting a full calendar of in-person social activities during the 2021-2022 school year. Tentative dates have been chosen and planning will begin shortly! We can't wait to celebrate the following events with our BMHS family.

For information regarding the school uniforms, parent service hours and technology use on campus, go to
Parent Service Hours: Thank you to all of our parents/guardians who have volunteered in so many ways during the first quarter. A report of the completed service hours will be available in Maccess on Monday, 11/8 by 3:00 PM. Just click the “Resources” tab, choose Parent Service Hours and search for your student’s ID number.
