MACCESS PORTAL FOR PARENTS
Parents now how the MACCESS Portal for more information, forms, household updates, and more for Parents. MACCESS has been redesigned this summer. Information has been sent to the email on record for your family. If you haven't received an email yet please contact MaccessHelp@bmhs.org. Be sure to include your name and your student's name in the email.
To log in, go to MACCESS in the upper right corner of any page on the website.
To check your contact information, sign into Maccess and follow these steps:
- Click on your name in the upper right hand corner.
- Select Profile.
- Check to see that your Phone, Address, and Email are correct. If they need to be changed, click the Edit button or Add button. If they are correct, move on to checking your student’s information.
Click on your student’s name in the upper left hand corner. (If you have more than one student at Bishop McNamara, you’ll see a "Children" tab where you can select each student individually.)
Click the Contact Card tab, and check that their Address(es) are correct.
Check that two Emergency Contacts are listed.
If you have more than one student at the school, please check the Relationships box to see if ALL of them are listed as siblings. If they are not, please email MaccessHelp@bmhs.org to establish the relationship.
Click your name in the upper right hand corner.
Click Notifications on the left.
Select how you would like to receive notifications for Messages sent through Maccess. You can turn on E-mail or Text notifications if you prefer. (If you do not check either box, you will continue to see message notifications appear inside Maccess, in the upper right corner of the page.)

We are delighted to have you as members and would like to encourage your active participation in our Parents' Club. PARENTS' CLUB General MEETING SCHEDULE
Note: Check BMHS School Calendar for meeting dates and event cancellations and postponements due to the ban on social gatherings by Gov. Hogan for the State of Maryland.
Sessions are held in the Andy Mona Center
Hospitality Committee serves dinner at 6:30pm
General session begins at 7:00pm and ends promptly at 8:00pm
Parents receive service hours for attendance. One hour per family, per session
Parents signing in after 7:15pm will not receive the service hour
