At Bishop McNamara High School, being family is more than just an expression – it is a mantra. A watchword. A solemn promise from every student, parent, teacher, staff member, coach, administrator, moderator, and anyone else here to love each other as Christ taught us to love each other.

MELT stands for McNamara Emerging Leadership Training. It is a leadership training program for rising juniors and seniors during the summer that exists to aid in the formation of leaders who will serve the school and their communities.
