BMHS Theology Chair/Teacher Adam Greer accepted into National Endowment for the Humanities Summer Program

Mr. Adam Greer, Bishop McNamara High School Theology Chair and Teacher, has been accepted into a summer teacher's program entitled "Re-Enchanting Nature: Humanities Perspectives" hosted by the National Endowment for the Humanities. This three-week program, held at Carroll College in Helena, MT and Yellowstone National Park, will explore humanity's relationship with nature. The program will "draw upon religious, cultural, literary, fine arts, and cinematic perspectives to explore and evaluate the role of the humanities in our public discourse about the environment." Through participation, Mr. Greer will learn new ways to use the humanities to help students strengthen their relationships with nature.
