The BMHS Parents' Club Executive Board would like to officially welcome you as a member of our Parents' Club. We are delighted to have you as members and would like to encourage your active participation in our Parents' Club. Working within the Parents' Club provides you with an excellent opportunity to be a part of your child's high school experience.

Parents of New Students (Incoming Class of 2021 or transfer students):
Go to Parent Login - this is your temporary login location. It is the same place you logged in to sign your enrollment contract. If you have forgotten your username or password, click on the link for help.
You will receive additional information for login as student schedules are issued.

Forms have a "Submit" button on the bottom of each form. Make sure you select this button. Submit will happen only after all required fields are completed and the Submit button is selected. Scroll to the top of the form to check any missing information. Otherwise your form will save but not submit.

Once approved, a copy of the forms will appear in your Parent Portal under My Documents.
For BMHS Parents and Students
Effective and timely communication with our families is dependent upon the accuracy of the contact information in our database. Please check and update your mailing address, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and emergency contact information on a regular basis. Changes may be made directly in Maccess under Update Household Info. All changes are reviewed by a staff member prior to becoming a permanent part of our database.
We look forward to seeing you at our Parents' Club general meetings. You will receive important information about BMHS and updates from our school administrators and Executive Board. Attending meetings is a great way to provide your input, stay informed and to meet other parents, too. Meetings are held monthly in the school cafeteria. A free dinner is provided before the meeting starting at 6:30 p.m.

The function of the BMHS Parent Volunteer Service Hours Program is two- fold. The primary purpose is to lower costs by staffing school sponsored events with volunteers. The second is to encourage the involvement of parents in their child's education both inside and outside the classroom. Parents can sign up to volunteer for activities and events at the New Parent Orientation Night and Back to School Night. If you have any questions about Volunteering, email email@example.com.
The function of the Parent Volunteer Program is two-fold. The primary purpose of the service hour program is to lower costs by staffing school sponsored events with volunteers. The second is to encourage the involvement of parents in their child's education both inside and outside the classroom.
All families are required to donate 10 hours of service to the school at school sponsored events. Service hours for the school year began on May 2016 and will end on May 2017. The ten hours of service must be completed by May 5th, or the parent/guardian will be assessed $30.00 for each hour not served. Volunteer hours completed after May 5th will count for the following school year. Additional hours do not carry over from one year to the next.
Parent Volunteer Program hours are separate from Student Service Hours. Parent hours are for school sponsored events. Parents do not earn Parent Volunteer Hours for volunteering with outside organizations, unless they are part of a school sponsored activity. The BMHS Parents club raises funds to support scholarships and educational programs at BMHS. The funds raised help maintain a quality education for our children. Consider joining a committee or helping with some of the fundraisers like, Redskins Concession or fundraisers organized by the Advancement Office, such as the Golf Tournament.
The Redskins Concession Stand is the only fundraiser that the Parents’ Club uses. If there are enough volunteers for this concession we do not have to run a raffle, sell sweets or wrapping paper.
